Install Stock ROM on Micromax A110 Canvas 2

Make sure you have the following things ready before doing this.

• Keep your phone charged.
• Download Micromax Drivers From here
• Download Stock ROM and Flash Tools from here.

Installing Process Stock ROM on Micromax A110 Canvas 2

• Install the drivers properly.
• Exact the folder you downloaded, there are 2 things 1. Stock ROM 2. Flash Tools.
• Open SP flash Tool after extracting in your PC, this will look something like this

• Open SP tool and then click on Scatter Loading option so that the program will for the Scatter loading file for your phone.
  
• For locating Scatter loading file you have to go to the folder where you have extracted V2 ROM and then to the folder named S9081_MP_F4_B1_IN_MMX_0.16__flasher_user and select the file namedMT6577_Android_scatter_emmc which is the scatter file.
• Switch off your phone and make sure it is switched off, it vibrate a bit when switch off completely, please verify.
• Then move on to the Flash Tool on your PC, go to Option and enable USB Mode by Clicking on it.

• Go to the Firmware > Upgrade option you will find Download option click on it then Flash tool will look for your phone.
  
• After performing upper step connect your phone to your PC. The Flash Tool will start the flashing of your phone and this process can be seen by a yellow progress bar present at the bottom of the Flash Tool.

• (Note: Don’t disconnect your phone or interrupt in the middle of the process otherwise your phone will be brick permanently. Ensure everything before the process of flashing your phone.)
  
• Green ring will be displayed when the process will be completed
• Disconnect your phone and you will find you have an successfully flashed your Micromax A110 Canvas 2.
• If you have rooted your phone earlier then you have root it again. This process will increase your internal memory and definitely solve all other problem including Wi-Fi tethering.

1. Download the zip file.
2. Enable USB debugging on your device. To do that, go to Settings > Development > USB debugging.
3. Connect your device to any PC/laptop. The drivers will be installed automatically.

6. A command prompt with weird green letters will pop-up on your screen.

Here is the steps you have to follow before installing Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean to your Micromax A110 Canvas 2

1. First you have to make a backup of your phone content, including, SMS, Contacts, Gallery and other things that you think is important.
2. Get the driver from Micromax Website and install them.
3. Download the Firmware and save it to your SD Card.
4. Make sure your phone has sufficient battery power, if it has low battery, please recharge first.
5. Turn Off your phone.
6. After 10 Seconds, Press (Vol +, Vol -, Power Key) together till the two option display.

• Download CWM Recovery Image from here.
• Download SP Flash Tool.
• With SP Flash Tool load scatter file only flash recovery.img that you downloaded.
• After flash recovery.img do not switch on your phone go direct recovery mode by Pressing power and both volume buttons together in same time.
• Flash supers pro zip and reboot.
• Switch on your phone and Install root explorer / other root file manger.
• Download Modem.img stock  V2 file and replace System/etc/firmware/modem.img and set permission wr-r-r.
• Rebot your phone and enjoy Jelly Bean without any issue.
